BRIEF HISTORICAL COMPANY OVERVIEW

Incorporated in 1983, Osman Auction Inc. has gained a solid reputation in the public auction marketplace. Osman Auction Inc. has been conducting regularly scheduled public automotive, and light industrial auctions in the Edmonton and Alberta market for the past 27 years. In June of 1998 the Corporation changed ownership, and new management was installed at key levels of the organization.

Since then, the Company has incurred substantial growth through a focused sales strategy of positioning itself as the leader in the Alberta auction market through long-term exclusive and non-exclusive contracts with major corporations and private companies. To ensure a consistent strong market for its consignors, Osman Auction Inc. has employed an aggressive marketing campaign that currently draws customers from across western Canada and The United States.

Our goal is to be the industry leader in the public auction of automobiles and industrial equipment, and liquidators of commercial commodities by providing companies with a one-stop-shop to liquidate assets, while providing consumers with a consistent forum to purchase merchandise at public auction pricing.

Our philosophy is that until one minute prior to the auction, we are working for the buyer to obtain as much merchandise as possible, priced right for the auction sale or contracted to be sold on an unreserved basis. The minute the auction commences, we are working for the seller to achieve the highest price possible that the current market will bear. This philosophy was passed to ourselves by our mentors and we continue to mentor this to our peers in the company

In August of 2009 we added live interactive internet bidding to our industrial division. In February of 2010 we extended the live interactive internet bidding to our liquidation division as well. This has added a positive dynamic for our consignors and buyers by broadening access to the industrial and liquidation venues. We have been developing an enterprise internet platform with Frontech Technologies that will be launching in 2011 that will revolutionize our business model and the experience of our valued customers. AUTOMOTIVE DIVISION

The automotive segment of Osman Auction Inc. operations includes a biweekly public vehicle auction sales scheduled every Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. plus 10 regularly scheduled automotive and recreational based Super Sales. This continuous format allows the Corporation to provide auction services to a broad range of customers that are either buying or selling merchandise in a venue that is continuous.

On average, Osman Auction Inc. re-markets 400 vehicles per week with their regular biweekly sales and an additional 800 to 1,200 vehicles in the monthly super sales.

UNRESERVED INDUSTRIAL DIVISION

The industrial division offers up to ten unreserved Industrial auctions per year. Since this division was added to Osman’s operations in January 1999, auction sales have grown from an average $400,000 per auction in 1999 to over $1.5 million per auction consistently to 2010. The industrial component of Osman Auction Inc. has made the Corporation the auctioneer of choice for many large companies wanting to deal with one auctioneer by disposing fleet vehicles, industrial equipment and commercial commodities at one convenient location and with one dedicated company representative. UNRESERVED LIQUIDATION DIVISION

As of January 1, 2004 Osman Auction Inc. Liquidation Division, has consolidated operations and will strictly focus the efforts of the division on our Unreserved Commercial & Industrial Commodity Auctions for this venue.

The Liquidation Division is focused on providing a consistent venue for the liquidation of large quantities of shop tools & related Industrial items. This offers our consignors a heavily promoted auction venue where their assets are professionally merchandised & cataloged in a large clean indoor environment.

The Liquidation Division offers purchasers a separate auction day dedicated to an uninterrupted Unreserved Auction venue where individuals can focus pursuing merchandise without the worry of missing items of Industrial rolling stock they may be also interested in. PROVEN TRACK RECORD

The Corporation’s marketing campaign has been one of the key factors contributing to Osman’s growth. Osman takes advantage of its three divisions to cross-market each venue. This is achieved by mailing a full colour brochure for each super sale to approximately 25,000 businesses and individuals, listing the industrial and automotive goods to be sold. The brochures are also strategically placed at every Osman location to promote each division to already-qualified customer leads. Osman Auction inc in 2010 2011 will be embracing new technologies including an active social media engine, a new web site that will update customers in real time with a variety of auction information.
